Healthy Hair Tips

Alllll the things I’m currently doing for healthier hair:⁣

  • Only washing my hair 2-3 times a week⁣

  • Letting it air dry any time possible.

  • Always applying a heat protectant before styling (currently using the @livingproofinc spray)⁣

  • Massaging my scalp to stimulate follicles (using a silicone scrubber in the shower and my finger tips on dry hair at night)⁣

  • Microfiber towel wrap post shower for a more gentle towel dry⁣

  • Olaplex number 3 mask twice a week for as many hours as possible, followed by @olaplex number 4 and 5 in shower & @lanzahaircare trauma treatment leave in conditioner⁣

  • Trims at home every six week on the dot⁣

  • Taking @wellbel_ supplements + @mybinto prenatal vitamins to support healthy hair⁣

  • No high pony tails to avoid breakage around the crown. Sleeping in a loose braid on a silk pillow case.⁣

  • Brushing with a @thewetbrush from the bottom up to avoid knots and breakage ⁣

  • Eating healthy foods and getting as many vitamins and nutrients into my diet as possible⁣

  • Regrowing broken, damaged or bleached hair is NO joke. I’m not an expert but this current game plan is really working for me so far!⁣
