Healthy Hair Tips
Alllll the things I’m currently doing for healthier hair:
Only washing my hair 2-3 times a week
Letting it air dry any time possible.
Always applying a heat protectant before styling (currently using the @livingproofinc spray)
Massaging my scalp to stimulate follicles (using a silicone scrubber in the shower and my finger tips on dry hair at night)
Microfiber towel wrap post shower for a more gentle towel dry
Olaplex number 3 mask twice a week for as many hours as possible, followed by @olaplex number 4 and 5 in shower & @lanzahaircare trauma treatment leave in conditioner
Trims at home every six week on the dot
Taking @wellbel_ supplements + @mybinto prenatal vitamins to support healthy hair
No high pony tails to avoid breakage around the crown. Sleeping in a loose braid on a silk pillow case.
Brushing with a @thewetbrush from the bottom up to avoid knots and breakage
Eating healthy foods and getting as many vitamins and nutrients into my diet as possible
Regrowing broken, damaged or bleached hair is NO joke. I’m not an expert but this current game plan is really working for me so far!
