Easy Healthy Salad Dressing

This year is gonna be salad-heavy, which means you’re gonna need a good dressing to bring it all together. Did a twist on one from @ambitiouskitchen and it was a HIT on our Christmas butternut squash salad.

Combine the below in a dressing shaker:⁣
2 tbsp olive oil⁣
1 tbsp no pulp orange juice⁣
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar⁣
1 tsp spicy dijon mustard⁣
1 tsp honey or agave⁣
Salt and pepper to taste⁣

This will be enough for 3-4 servings. Save it in the fridge for your weekly healthy eats!
