Avocado Egg Salad

An easy lunch recipe you can probably make with stuff in your fridge right now Skinny Avocado Egg Salad!⁣

YOU’LL NEED:⁣
1 medium avocado ⁣
3 hard boiled eggs⁣
2 tbsp plain non fat Greek yogurt⁣
1 tsp lemon juice⁣
1 tbsp cilantro⁣
Salt and pepper to taste⁣

HOW TO:⁣
1. Mash avocado in a medium bowl until mostly smooth. Then peel and finely dice egg. Add to avocado, along with remaining ingredients.⁣

2. Combine well & refrigerate 15-30 minutes before eating. Enjoy!⁣

Eat it on a cracker/bread/solo/whatever! Add it to your lunch menu this week & thank me later!
