Stuffed Dates
These are so easy, surprisingly satisfying & fun to make!
1. Grab a package of pitted medjool dates and slit them open down the middle
2. Spoon your favorite nut butter into each opening (I used peanut butter, almond butter and @oat.haus granola butter)
3. Sprinkle each with mini dark chocolate chips (I used @lilys_sweets)
4. Freeze and serve cold! Like a little healthy candy bar if you pretend.
