Copycat Starbucks Egg Bites

Y’all, these are pretty much as identical as it gets. They’re so so yummy. I love that I was able to recreate these without a sous vide machine & I know EXACTLY what’s in them.

YOU’LL NEED:⁣
4 eggs⁣
1.5 cups of non fat mozzarella cheese⁣
1/2 cup of cottage cheese⁣
1/4 cup of heavy cream⁣
Salt and pepper⁣
Spinach (or whatever addition you want to add!)⁣
Silicone egg molds⁣ (linked in my story)

HOW TO:⁣
1. Add all ingredients except spinach to a blender and blend for 30 seconds.⁣

2. Grease silicone molds with cooking spray. Put spinach (or bacon/bell pepper/etc.) in the bottom of each cup.⁣

3. Pour egg mixture into cups, filling slightly less than halfway full.⁣

4. Air fry for 10 minutes on 380, then another 4-6 minutes on 360. Poke into one cup to check that it’s done and not runny.⁣

5. Flip onto plate and serve hot. Enjoy!! This recipe makes about 14 egg cups total and I eat 2 per serving. 125 calories, 1 carb, 6 grams of fat & 13 grams of protein per serving.
