Copycat Starbucks Egg Bites
Y’all, these are pretty much as identical as it gets. They’re so so yummy. I love that I was able to recreate these without a sous vide machine & I know EXACTLY what’s in them.
YOU’LL NEED:
4 eggs
1.5 cups of non fat mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1/4 cup of heavy cream
Salt and pepper
Spinach (or whatever addition you want to add!)
Silicone egg molds (linked in my story)
HOW TO:
1. Add all ingredients except spinach to a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
2. Grease silicone molds with cooking spray. Put spinach (or bacon/bell pepper/etc.) in the bottom of each cup.
3. Pour egg mixture into cups, filling slightly less than halfway full.
4. Air fry for 10 minutes on 380, then another 4-6 minutes on 360. Poke into one cup to check that it’s done and not runny.
5. Flip onto plate and serve hot. Enjoy!! This recipe makes about 14 egg cups total and I eat 2 per serving. 125 calories, 1 carb, 6 grams of fat & 13 grams of protein per serving.
