Healthy Blender Muffins

These easy babies are made in the blender, minimal ingredient, gluten & dairy free (depending on your choc chips) and oh so delicious. Meal prep em for the week! The below recipe makes 8 total.⁣

YOU’LL NEED:⁣
2 bananas⁣
2 cups almond flour⁣
1/2 cup dark mini choc chips⁣
2 large eggs⁣
3/4 tsp vanilla extract⁣
3/4 tsp cinnamon⁣
3/4 tsp baking soda⁣
1/2 tsp baking powder⁣
Pinch of salt⁣
Large blender (or food processor)⁣

HOW TO:⁣
1. Preheat oven to 350 and line a muffin tin with paper cups or spray.⁣

2. Add all ingredients to blender except choc chips and blend until smooth. Slowly stir in choc chips.⁣

3. Using an ice cream scooper, divide mix into tin evenly. Top with extra chocolate chips and cinnamon. Bake for 25 minutes⁣ (use toothpick test to make sure they baked!).⁣
