How to workout after your 9-5 job: NO SIT RULE
Get home after work. Drop your stuff. Put your workout clothes on. Grab your weights. Sweat.
No mention of sitting anywhere, see? If you let your momentum from the day slow down, you won’t make it to your workout. Your brain will check your body out.
Even if it’s a home workout (I use the @obe_fitness app at home BTW!) or you’re just driving a few minutes to the gym, the minute you sit you’re done for. Physically do not let yourself sit on the couch. Or chair. Or bed. Don’t do it.
Propel yourself into a workout. Keep moving! Sweat out the day! Then sit allllll you want when you’re done!
