Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Sliders

I don’t often pull the crockpot out in the summer, but this recipe is worth it. Prep in the morning and have an easy and delish meal ready by dinner time! ⁣

YOU’LL NEED:⁣
2 large chicken breasts⁣
1/4 cup water⁣
1 tsp salt⁣
1/2 tsp garlic powder⁣
1/2 tsp onion powder⁣
1 tbsp hot sauce⁣
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar⁣
1 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt⁣
1/2 cup Buffalo sauce of choice⁣
1/2 tsp basil⁣
Mini burger buns⁣

HOW TO:⁣
1. Add chicken, salt, pepper, garlic, onion and water to crockpot and turn on high. Top with hot sauce and Buffalo sauce.⁣

2. Cook for 4-5 hours on high or until chicken is cooked and easy to shred with forks. Shred once fully cooked, then add greek yogurt, cheese and basil. Stir until combined.⁣

3. Serve with your buns or just dip it with a cracker! This makes enough for 2-3 servings. Enjoy!⁣
