Salmon Foil Packets

Nothing fancy here but sometimes back to basics is best! I’ve been making this easy healthy dinner since I realized I was in charge of feeding myself in college. ⁣

YOU’LL NEED:
2 salmon breasts⁣
2 cuts of foil ⁣
1-2 thinly sliced lemons⁣
Butter and/or olive oil⁣
Salt, pepper to taste⁣
Garlic powder⁣
Fresh or dried Basil⁣

HOW TO:⁣
1. Preheat oven to 375. Lay out your foil sheets and place one salmon breast on each.⁣

2. Top with butter, sliced lemon, a drizzle of olive oil and generously coat with your seasonings. Then fold your foil pocket up around the salmon until it’s fully covered and sealed.⁣

3. Bake for 25 minutes (depending on size)! Open up and enjoy. I paired ours with white cheddar cauli rice tonight!⁣
