Green Goddess Salad

Not me hopping on the bandwagon! This viral @bakedbymelissa recipe looked too good to pass up and it DELIVERED. Delicious and so fresh tasting! Green Goddess Salad recipe is below with just a few tweaks that I made!

YOU’LL NEED:⁣
(For the salad)⁣
1 small head of cabbage chopped⁣
2 cucumbers chopped⁣
1/4 cup chives⁣
1/2 jalapeño⁣

(For the dressing)⁣
1 cup of chopped basil⁣
3/4 cup cilantro⁣
1/4 cup chives⁣
3 gloves of minced garlic⁣
Juice of 1 lime⁣
Juice of 2 lemons⁣
1/3 cup olive oil⁣
1/2 cup of nuts (I used walnuts)⁣
1/3 cup of nutritional yeast⁣
Salt and pepper to taste⁣
Splash of rice vinegar⁣
Drizzle of honey⁣

HOW TO:⁣
1. Add all salad ingredients into a large bowl.⁣

2. Add all dressing ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.⁣

3. Pour dressing and combine well! Serve with your fave chips. I also added in ground turkey to make it a full dinner with protein!⁣
