Lightened Up Chicken Salad

My GO TO Chicken Salad Recipe⁣

Eat it with a cracker, on some bread or straight out of the bowl. We won’t judge around here. This makes about 6-8 servings.

YOU’LL NEED:⁣
3 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast⁣
1.5 cups halved seedless black grapes⁣
3 med celery stalks finely diced⁣
3 tbsp diced purple onion⁣
0.5 cup slivered almonds⁣
1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt⁣
2 tbsp light Mayo⁣
2 tsp honey or agave⁣
3 tbsp garlic powder⁣
Salt, pepper to taste⁣

HOW TO:⁣
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. That’s it! Make sure it’s all evenly coated and completely mixed.⁣

2. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before enjoying!⁣
