Skinny Slaw

Consider this your Skinny Slaw refresher course. It’s so easy, minimal ingredients, gluten free, low carb/cal & packed with flavor. Great for meal prepping too

YOU’LL NEED:⁣
2 lbs lean ground beef⁣
2 bags coleslaw mix⁣
4 chopped green onions⁣
3 tsp minced garlic⁣
3 tbsp coconut aminos⁣
2 tbsp sesame oil⁣
2 tsp crushed red pepper⁣
2 tsp ginger⁣

HOW TO:⁣
1. Cook meat as you normally would and set aside. Then, put coconut aminos, sesame oil, onions and garlic in a large pan and sauté on medium for 3-4 minutes.⁣

2. Add coleslaw and remaining seasonings to the pan and cook until tender.⁣

3. Add cooked, drained ground meat to pan and combine. You can add more coconut aminos if you want extra flavor!⁣

This makes about 5-6 servings, so adjust as needed
