Super Summer Salad
Say hello to your go to summer salad. Make a big batch and keep it in the fridge to munch on all week!
Add these to a big bowl and combine well:
1 pound shredded chicken breast
3 cups finely chopped romaine lettuce
3 cups green shredded cabbage
1.5 cups chopped baby carrots
1 small can of mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup chopped strawberries
1/2 cup diced green onions
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 avocado, cubed
Healthy drizzle of ginger sesame dressing
Toss and serve! Makes 4 servings.
