Four Ingredient Healthy Pasta
4 ingredients, 10 minutes and incredibly easy!
YOU’LL NEED:
1 jar of light alfredo sauce (I used @raoshomemade)
2 cups of spinach or mixed greens
4 servings pasta of choice (I use protein pasta from barillaus)
4 links of pre-cooked sausage of choice (I used @eatseemore)
HOW TO:
1. Cook pasta according to directions. While pasta is cooking, slice your sausages and heat in a large pan over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
2. Place your greens in a strainer in the sink. Once pasta is cooked, drain the pasta over the greens so that the hot water wilts the greens and they combine with your cooked noodles.
3. Add pasta and greens to your pan with the sausages. Pour your jar of sauce into the pan and combine well. Heat for 4-5 minutes and serve!
Easy peasy, protein packed & delish!
