Filling Out My Planner for 2022

January was just a test run. February is where we really make moves.

Here’s how I’m filling my 2022 planner out for this month:⁣

GOALS⁣
1. Exercise 4x a week until birth⁣
2. Walk every day (even for only 15 mins)⁣
3. No unnecessary spending⁣
4. Knock out 1 to do item a day⁣

HABIT TRACKER⁣
1. Use my water flosser daily⁣
2. Drink raspberry tea daily (helps labor!)⁣
3. Off phone by 9pm daily⁣
4. Make my bed every morning⁣

GRATITUDE⁣
1. My baby is healthy and safe⁣
2. I have great opportunities in 2022⁣
3. My support system is so strong⁣
