Quarterly Goal Check In How To
One of my favorite tactics for *actually* getting shiz done in a year is following a quarterly check in model. At the beginning of the year I followed the below structure to set intentions and every 3 months I check in with those intentions.

QUIT_____
CONTINUE_____
TRY_____
LEARN_____
START_____
HAVE_____
STOP______
Some of the goals will carry over from the last quarter or even the one before that, and that’s OK. But if you did knock one out, time to write a new one!
Then I reflect. I ask myself what I’ve done right, what I could improve on, how I’m going to get there & what I want to feel like at the next check in.
