Quarterly Goal Check In How To

One of my favorite tactics for *actually* getting shiz done in a year is following a quarterly check in model. At the beginning of the year I followed the below structure to set intentions and every 3 months I check in with those intentions.⁣

I want to…⁣
BE_____⁣
QUIT_____⁣
CONTINUE_____⁣
TRY_____⁣
LEARN_____⁣
START_____⁣
HAVE_____⁣
STOP______⁣

Some of the goals will carry over from the last quarter or even the one before that, and that’s OK. But if you did knock one out, time to write a new one!⁣

Then I reflect. I ask myself what I’ve done right, what I could improve on, how I’m going to get there & what I want to feel like at the next check in.⁣
