Glowing Green Smoothie

I’m always trying to pack more greens into my day and the easiest way is usually a #fabfour smoothie! The four fabulous ingredients for an ideal smoothie (according to @bewellbykelly) are Protein, Fat, Fiber & Greens.⁣

Here’s how I make mine:

2 handfuls of spinach⁣
1/4 an avocado⁣
1 tbsp of chia seeds⁣
1 serving of protein powder (loving @liveowyn)⁣
Handful of ice⁣
1.5 cups of unsweetened almond milk⁣
