Protein Skinny Apple Dip

This is barely a “recipe” but we’ll pretend. Just mix the below ingredients together for a quick, sweet, festive & healthy treat!⁣

1/2 cup plain 0% fat Greek yogurt⁣
1.5 tbsp peanut butter⁣
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder⁣
1 tsp honey or agave⁣
Top with peanuts or almonds⁣

This is a single serving size, perfect for snacking and dipping a crunchy apple. Make a mental note that you don’t have to love pumpkin to love fall.
