5 Ingredient Almond Cookies
No plans this weekend? Here, I’ll make some for you. Whip up these 5 ingredient super speedy almond cookies! They’re low carb, keto, F-Factor approved, GF, dairy-free, sugar-free & super customizable.
YOU’LL NEED:
1 cup blanched almond flour
3 tbsp erythritol (I used @swervesweetie)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp fine salt
2-4 tbsp water (add slowly)
Bonus 6th ingredient: Whatever topping you want! I drizzled melted @choczero on top, but you can add whatever you want to the almond cookie base.
HOW TO:
1. Preheat oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment. Then mix all ingredients except water and chocolate in a medium bowl.
2. Slowly add water while stirring mixture until a dough-like consistency forms. It will still be a little crumbly but that’s okay!
3.Wash hands, then ball a spoonful size of dough into hands and form into a cookie shape. Place on parchment paper and flatten with fingers. This will make about 8 small cookies.
4.Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely. After it cooled I drizzled the melted chocolate on!
