Sweet Protein Fruit Dip
Easy High Protein Healthy Fruit Dip. Perfect for Galentines, Valentines, Super Bowl…whatever! I love making a little dessert charcuterie board and popping this in the middle.
Just mix the below ingredients in a blender until smooth & refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving!
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
1/4 cup light cream cheese
1/4 cup greek yogurt
Serve with crackers/pretzels for a sweet and savory combo or dip with your fave fruit!
