Everything But the Bagel Cheese Ball

I made this Everything Bagel Pumpkin Shaped Cheese Ball from @inspiredbycharm last weekend and it was seriously so easy + so yummy. Perfect for last minute party people throughout the holiday season. Shape it into a pumpkin for Turkey Day or just keep it round for any party!⁣

YOU’LL NEED:⁣
1 8oz package of light cream cheese⁣
1/2 cup light sour cream⁣
2 tbsp ginger (or horseradish)⁣
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese⁣
2 scallions, chopped⁣
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped⁣
1/2 cup everything but the bagel seasoning blend⁣

HOW TO:⁣
1. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, ginger, cheddar cheese, scallions, and bacon. Form the mixture into a ball, wrap with plastic wrap, and chill for an hour.⁣

2. Once the cheeseball has set, roll it into the EBTB seasoning blend to evenly coat.⁣

3. To make your cheeseball resemble a pumpkin, add a real or faux pumpkin stem to the top. Then use the tip of a chopstick or the back of a butter knife to create grooves.⁣

Serve with crackers or crudités! And whatever you do, don’t skip Thanksgiving.⁣
