Air Fried Chicken Tender Wrap
Whipped these up for lunch at home and they did not disappoint. The below recipe makes enough for one large wrap. Save for your next lunch or dinner rut!
YOU’LL NEED:
2 large pre cooked frozen chicken tenders
1 large flatbread wrap (I used @flatoutbread)
Caesar dressing (I used @tessemaes)
1/2 cup of spinach
5 or 6 sliced cherry tomatoes
Sprinkle of parmesan
Butter (optional)
HOW TO:
1. Spread your wrap with Caesar dressing until covered. Then place your frozen tenders, spinach, tomatoes and sprinkle parmesan on top.
2. Fold wrap over and secure with toothpicks to remain shut if needed. Butter outside of wrap. Place on air fryer rack.
3. Air fry for 10 minutes on 400 degrees, flipping half way through for even crisp.
And enjoy! Hot, crispy “salad” in your mouth!
