Five Ingredient Sheet Pan Dinner
The easy healthy dinner that we make at least once a week, 5 Ingredient Sausage Sheet Pan!
Add the below to a large sheet pan and bake on 400 for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through to evenly cook.
1 package of chicken sausage (I like @bilinskisausage)
1 small chopped onion
2-3 chopped bell peppers
Drizzle of your favorite teriyaki sauce (I like Trader Joe’s Soyaki)
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder & dried basil
Serve over a bed of rice & call it a night. See, healthy dinner doesn’t have to be hard! (Also love doing this as an easy meal prep for the week)
