Pizza Bowl
You’re going to love this easy and cheesy recipe for your next lunch! I’ve seen this cottage cheese pizza bowl everywhere online & it did not disappoint! Macro-friendly and super customizable.
YOU’LL NEED:
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup pizza or marinara sauce
16-20 turkey pepperonis
1/2 cup spinach
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle of oregano or dried basil
HOW TO:
1. Preheat oven to 375 and grease a small oven safe baking dish.
2. Start with 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese and 1/4 cup pizza sauce in your baking dish and mix until combined.
3. Top with 8-10 turkey pepperonis and a handful of spinach, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Repeat again with the rest of your cottage cheese and pizza sauce on top for another layer. Add another 8-10 pepperonis and another sprinkle of mozzarella. Sprinkle with a little oregano or dried basil.
4. Bake for 15 minutes.
Enjoy on its own or dip a cracker or pita! You can also do this with cooked pasta on the bottom! Sooo yummy!!
