Hot Honey Sweet Potato Beef Bowl

The viral hot honey sweet potato beef bowl was not something I saw myself loving… BUT I do! The combo of sweet + savory was delicious and it kept me SO full! Will be on repeat here for lunch and dinner!

YOU’LL NEED:⁣
Browned lean ground beef cooked with taco seasoning
Cubed and air fried sweet potatoes (seasoned with salt and pepper)
1/2 sliced avocado
2 spoonfuls of cottage cheese
Drizzle hot honey
